【Introduction】

CLAIR and the Three Ministries sponsor and host a variety of conferences and seminars for JET Programme participants each year. New JET Programme participants will begin their tenure on JET at the Tokyo Orientation, a large-scale three-day conference that all new JET participants attend upon arrival in Japan.

Through this conference and others, CLAIR and the Three Ministries hope to give participants the opportunity to build on their work skills and become better, more effective and happier JETs.
