Medical Expenses for Accidental Injury or Sickness, as well as Rescue Expenses are not extended in the event of the following incidents:

・Willful act of the policyholder

・Fights, suicide, crimes

・Wars, riots (excluding terrorist attacks)

・Driving without a valid license, driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs

・Pregnancy, childbirth, premature birth or miscarriage (rescue expenses are covered only in case of the death of the insured)

・Whiplash injury, back problems without reasonable evidence

・Dental treatment

・Chiropractics, acupuncture, or incense treatments performed outside of Japan

Personal Liability Insurance is not extended for accidents arising from:

・Willful act of the policyholder

・Wars, riots (excluding terrorist attacks)

 

Personal Liability Insurance is not extended for the following:

・Relatives/family of the policyholder

・Liabilities from injuries caused during official work duties

・Liabilities from cases of insanity

・Liabilities from injuries caused by driving
